The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has released “Proposed Risk Management Strategy for Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) Control in CanadaA Report on the Recommendations of the EIA Program Working Group”.

This report provides stakeholders with an update on the activities and recommendations related to the redesign and development of the National Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) disease control program.

This National EIA Program is an important step in the process of protecting our horses from disease. Please take the time to review this document.
