$1.00 per member based on the previous year’s membership is allocated to the Region where the member lives.
Grant applications are sent directly to the Regional Director for approval.
The Regional Director will notify the applicant of approval and amount or denial.
Within 45 days of the event the applicant will send the completed report and receipts to the Regional Director.
The Regional Director will forward the approved application, report and receipts to the HCBC finance office for membership confirmation and payment.
Region Grants are cost recovery grants. This means that if you receive approval for $500.00 and your event has a loss of $400.00 you will receive $400.00, not $500.00
All members receiving a HCBC grant are asked to post a thank you to Horse Council on social media

Club, Affiliate and individual HCBC members in good standing.

Region funding can be applied for anytime throughout the year.
